ChatGPT can connect directly to your Konnectd account. Once it's connected, you can ask it to look up contacts, check your pipeline, summarize conversations, and more.
Not every ChatGPT plan works the same way. Find your plan in the table below and follow those steps.

Not available on mobile. This setup is done on the ChatGPT desktop app or the web, not the mobile app.
Don't have the desktop app, or don't see Plugins? You can also connect through the web using Settings → Apps → Advanced Settings, turning on Developer Mode, then adding the connection from Settings → Apps → Create. Same link, same LeadConnector sign-in.

If you don't see Plugins or Apps where this article says to look, your plan or account most likely doesn't support it yet. Check the table above, or reply to [email protected] and we'll help you sort out what you have.
Remove the connection from Plugins (or Workspace Settings → Apps if you're an admin). This doesn't change or delete anything in your Konnectd account.

You sign in with your own Konnectd login.
ChatGPT only reaches the account you connect it to.
ChatGPT is designed to check with you before it makes changes, especially bigger ones. It's still worth glancing at what it's about to do before you approve it.
You can disconnect it any time.
