Two Ways To Get Refinance Smart Lists Added

  • Done For You: Email [email protected]

    • Subject Line: Smart Lists

    • Body: VA IRRRL, Conventional R&T, & FHA Streamline (include any other lists you may need)

  • Do It Yourself (quickest): All you need to do is add filters & save them as a new list within the contacts tab

    • Click here to watch the video showing how to create filter and then save as a list. Below are the required filters for each Smart List

      • Conventional R&T filters:

        • EPO Date more than 1 day ago

          • AND

        • Loan funded more than 180 days ago

          • AND

        • Mortgage Type contains Conventional

        • SAVE AS NEW LIST & NAME IT

      • VA IRRRL Filters:

        • EPO Date more than 1 day ago

          • AND

        • Loan funded more than 180 days ago

          • AND

        • Mortgage Type contains VA

        • SAVE AS NEW LIST & NAME IT

      • FHA Streamline Filters:

        • EPO Date more than 1 day ago

          • AND

        • Loan funded more than 180 days ago

          • AND

        • Mortgage Type contains FHA

        • SAVE AS NEW LIST & NAME IT
