First Time Homebuyer Check-ins

Build long-term trust with first-time homebuyers by nurturing relationships through follow-ups, annual reviews, and market updates.

When someone purchases a home, it's a big deal. When it's their first time AND they do it with you - that's an even bigger deal!

Be sure to nurture those relationships to build that long-term trust & loyalty. Provide some guidance or other support they may need. You never know who has a question that's simple for you but can make you look like a rockstar.

A simple cadence for this would be:

  • Initial follow up 3-6 months after funding. Address any immediate concerns

  • 12 month Annual review

  • Market-driven news

  • Quarterly emails
