Customize Your SMS Messages

Want to personalize messages for realtors or clients? Check out this lesson for a quick guide on editing and customizing your texts.

Steps in LO Ninja:

1. Navigate to Marketing Menu: On the left side, click "Marketing"

2. Workflows: Select "Workflows" in the module.

3. Search: Search for the workflow you want to edit

4. Find the message: Find any GREEN icon message you would like to edit or find where you would like to add a message within the workflow

1) Navigate to workflows

2) Find the Workflow Folder & Click

3) Find the message you want to edit or where you want to add an SMS & open the existing message or click the plus + sign.

4) If adding a new message, find the SMS option. If editing an existing message, simply edit & save!
