SMS Keyword Automation

Create an automated workflow in LO Ninja to trigger actions when a customer replies via SMS. Filter messages by specific keywords like "Free," set your actions, and save the workflow.

1. Go to Marketing 

  • Workflows

  • Create New Workflow

  • Start from scratch

2. Trigger will be Customer Replied

  • Filter it by "Reply Channel" and select SMS

  • Add another filter Contains phrase "Free" or any word you want.

3. Select your actions and publish it then hit save.
