Instagram DM Automation

Automate Instagram DM replies in LO Ninja by setting a workflow with trigger filters and custom actions.

1. Go to Marketing 

  • Workflows

  • Create New Workflow

  • Start from scratch

2. Set trigger to Customer Replied

  • Filter it by "Exact match phrase or Contains Phrase" and put any word you want

  • Add another filter "Reply Channel" and select Instagram DM.

3. Select your actions and publish it then hit save.
