📨 Servicer Email & First Payment Letter (LO Ninja)

When a loan funds in Arive, LO Ninja automatically handles post-close follow-up for you. One key step? Sending your borrower their Loan Summary email—also known as the Servicer Email.

📆 When It Sends

14 days after funding, LO Ninja sends an email to your borrower explaining:

  • What to expect with their first mortgage payment

  • Who their loan servicer is (if available)

  • A warm post-close message branded with your info

This is part of the “Tidy Up” checklist that gets emailed to you immediately after funding. Look for the line:

📥 How to Add a First Payment Letter

Want to include a personalized PDF with payment info?

You’ll get a reminder email 1 day before the Servicer Email goes out. It says:

“If you’d like to include a First Payment Letter...
Go to the contact profile
Upload the PDF in the First Payment Letter field
It will be automatically attached to the email.”

If the letter isn’t uploaded, the email still sends—just without referencing the attachment. No errors, no confusion.

✅ Quick Steps to Add It

  1. Go to the primary borrower’s Contact Profile

  2. Find the custom field called “First Payment Letter”

  3. Upload the PDF

  4. Done! It auto-attaches to the Servicer Email

👌 Why It Matters

  • Reduces questions about the first payment

  • Makes you look professional and proactive

  • Keeps follow-up seamless and automated
