If referring the client to My Credit Guy is not preferred, opt for the "Credit Education Tips" workflow. This alternative offers clients education on credit management and periodic check-ins to monitor their progress.

Review the workflow messages and wait times
Update the trigger according to preference, such as "Contact tag added, pipeline stage, etc."
Review the workflow settings: ie. Allow Re-entry, Time window, etc
Publish the workflow and add yourself as a test contact
