When a client begins an application, automations should only simplify the process for them & for you. This is why we have the only two necessary triggers after an application is started:
Application complete
Application not complete
Prospect placed in "Application Completed" workflow
LO Ninja notifies you via SMS & mobile app
5 minutes later, borrower is notified that we received the app & alerted to upload documents
Borrower is made aware that OptOutPreScreen should be complete prior to credit pull
LO Ninja will follow up for documents every 5-7 days and notify you before each attempt to prevent unnecessary automations
Pro-Tip: Prompt follow-up is crucial to keep the application process moving and to assist prospects in any way needed.
Prospect placed in "App Intake" workflow
LO Ninja notifies you before major checkpoints
After 20 minutes, the prospect will get an email & SMS follow up
App Intake workflow will follow up for 30 days before putting a client in the "Not Yet Ready" workflow
Prospect completes application after follow up attempts
After the application is complete, LO Ninja will begin following up for documents. Business as usual!
After 30 days of no action, prospect placed in "Not Yet Ready" workflow
Clients in this workflow will get an email once every 30 days with various topics ranging from home buying myths to home improvement tips. This will be determined based on their mortgage purpose. Refinances & purchases have their own respective workflows.
Pro-Tip: Use this opportunity to educate the borrower on the importance of accurate and timely documentation to expedite the pre-qualification process.
When you update the stage in ARIVE to "Pre-Approved" the "Pre-Approved" workflow will begin.
This workflow will provide refinance clients with the next steps
This workflow will do the same for purchase clients along with staying in front of them with follow ups every 15-30 days.
Follow ups include do's & don't about homebuying, tips for homebuying, understanding a mortgage, etc.
