They reviewed strategies like using QR codes on mailers, rate alerts, and automated value reports to re-engage past clients and track market changes. Best practices for importing past client data, setting up voicemail in the power dialer, and using simplified realtor forms to streamline workflows were also covered. The group discussed building partnerships with hard money lenders for future leads and using email and mail campaigns with tools like Canva and USPS Every Door Direct Mail for affordable outreach. Overall, the focus was on keeping client communication simple, cost-friendly, and automated to save time and drive business growth.
