What is RETR? RETR is an data platform designed to provide you with agent buyer-side intel like LO's & title companies used, loan types, amounts, etc.

Steps to Set Up RETR Agent Workflow in LO Ninja:
Open LO Ninja: Go to the marketing menu and select Workflows.
Create a New Workflow: Start from scratch and name it something like "RETR Agent Workflow."
Add a Trigger: Click Add New Trigger, search for the inbound webhook, and copy the URL. [Do not close the workflow trigger, you'll come back to this in Step #6] (click here to learn how to create a webhook)

Open RETR: Go to the integrations menu, select LO Ninja as CRM, and paste the webhook URL in the field for Agent Contact Data.
Send Test Data: In RETR, search for an agent and select Push to CRM.
Confirm Data in LO Ninja: Go back to LO Ninja and click Fetch Sample Request.

Map Data: Match the incoming RETR data to LO Ninja fields in the "Create Contact" step. [See video tutorial above for more info]
Add Actions: Now that you have everything set up, you can easily add the next building block to the workflow. Email, SMS, Ringless Voicemail, etc.)
Save & Publish: Ensure you save and publish the workflow, or nothing will trigger.
