Turn off the “Loan Status” email templates in ARIVE — LO Ninja handles these updates with customizable milestone emails, preventing duplicate messages and giving you full control over content.
**Other emails not mentioned here should remain active in ARIVE as the LOS will handle them.
Steps:
Log into ARIVE:
Click on the profile icon in the top right.
Select User Settings.
Go to Email/SMS Templates:
In the left menu, click Email/SMS Templates.
Turn Off Loan Status Templates:
Focus only on the Loan Status section.
Toggle off each template one by one.
Wait for Success:
After toggling each one, wait for a "Success" message before moving to the next.
If you go too fast, the toggles might reset.
Confirm Changes:
Double-check that all Loan Status templates are off.
