1. Always Update the Current Stage in AriveOnly update the stage you're at now—don’t go back to old ones.
This helps avoid repeat emails or updates being sent.
Arive only syncs the last saved stage, so don’t move stage-by-stage. Only save the most current stage.
Arive is your control center—LO Ninja listens and syncs automatically.
2. Add Business Contacts Before Stage UpdatesAdd buyer agents, seller agents, and co-borrowers before you update a stage.
LO Ninja pulls in these contacts only when a stage is saved.
Need to re-sync without changing stages?
If the stage is already correct but you forgot to add something (like agent info), just reselect the same stage and click “Save and Continue.”
This will sync updates to LO Ninja without restarting milestones or sending another email to your client.
3. Match Emails and Phone NumbersAlways use the same email and phone for each borrower across Arive and LO Ninja.
If info doesn’t match, the system creates a duplicate contact.
Avoid Using Placeholder or Personal Contact Information:
Do not use your personal phone number or email address for test records.
Each contact must have unique identifying information to avoid duplication.
Things to Watch Out ForDuplicate Contacts:
Always double-check before sending application links. Different email = new contact.
Missing Milestones:
Save stage updates slowly—wait at least a minute between changes to sync properly.
Agent Info Not Showing:
Add full agent info before updating the stage, or they won’t be synced into LO Ninja.
Old Contact Data:
Reusing an old contact? Clear out old agent or co-borrower info first.
Prevent Unwanted Loan Anniversary Emails:
If a deal is paid off, either remove the funded date or add a “paid-off” tag. This stops loan anniversary messages from going out again.
