The Pipeline gives you a real-time view of every deal in progress — from new lead to closed loan.
This quick video shows you how to track where each contact is in the loan process, move them between stages, and trigger automations based on their status. You’ll also learn how to stay organized with notes, tasks, and communication logs tied to each pipeline stage.
It’s your deal flow at a glance — and essential for keeping momentum in a busy market.
Best Practices for Using Arive
1. Update to the most current stage only
When moving a borrower forward in the process, always jump directly to their latest stage. For example, if a borrower is in App Intake and now qualifies for CTC, move them straight to CTC—do not advance them stage by stage.
2. Only move loans forward
Updates in Arive should reflect forward progress only. Avoid moving loans backward in the workflow, as this can create confusion and misalignment in tracking.
3. Archiving behavior
Archiving a loan in Arive will automatically move it into the Not Yet Ready workflow.
4. Arive is the system of record for updates
Changes made in Konnectd contact cards do not sync back to Arive. Arive only reflects updates made directly within the platform, so all key changes must be made there.
