Setting a Default View in the Tasks Tab
Tired of resetting filters every time? Now, your Konnectd CRM will remember your preferred task view.
Here's how it works:
Go to the Tasks tab inside your CRM.
Select the filters you want — for example:
Status = “Pending”
Sort by = “Due Date” or “Title”
Once you make a selection, your Konnectd CRM remembers it.
If you leave the page and come back, your filters will still be active.
Tip:
At the top of the page, you can also use quick filters like:
Due Today
Overdue
Upcoming
You can also filter by team member or use the search bar to find specific tasks.
Adding Tasks to Your Calendar
Now, any new task you create can also show up in your synced calendar — just like an appointment.
To do this:
Click “Create New Task” inside your Tasks tab.
Give your task a name.
Choose a due date and time.
Assign it to yourself or a team member.
Click Save.
Once saved, the task will automatically appear:
In your CRM Calendar
In your synced external calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple, etc.)
This helps you manage your day at a glance and never miss a task.
